[A]: We know how annoying it can be when you go to purchase an item and you see the item is sold out. Our most popular items sell out very quickly; and although we cannot guarantee that once an item is sold out it will be restocked, we do often restock old favorites. If you would like to be notified once the product becomes available again, add your email address to the "sign up" box at the top of the site.

[A]: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, Diners, CUP, JCB , Maestr and PayPal..




[Q]: DO I NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE?


[A]: No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. However, if you already have a PayPal account, you may use it as your payment method.




[Q]: CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?


[A]: We want to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.

[A]: No, unfortunately, we no longer offer custom pieces at this time.




[Q]: HOW DO I DO ORDER AN RUSH ORDER?


[A]: Rush Shipping is available for an additional fee of $50.00 and which it guarantees that your package will arrive by the due date provided by the client. Otherwise, your order will be processed in the order it was received. In order to inquire about a rush order please email us with your order number, event date, full name and will email you an invoice. Rush order are available only for Made To Order pieces.




[Q]: HOW DO I CHECK ON THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?


[A]: Confirmations are sent via email automatically once the order is shipped out for delivery.




[Q]: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE MY ORDER IS SHIPPED?

[Q]: HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE AFTER IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED?


[A]: As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email notification confirming the shipment. The email will provide you with the tracking number for your package. You may track your purchase using the tracking number here.
